Terms of Use
Lana Calendar · Effective November 1, 2026These terms apply to the Lana app and the website lanacalendar.com, provided by Drexler's Builds, an independent developer in New Jersey, USA ("we", "us"). By using Lana, you agree to them.
The app license
Lana is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These terms add to it. If they conflict, the Standard EULA wins.
Lana Pro
- Some features need Lana Pro, sold as a subscription or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the period ends.
- If you start a free trial, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Use Restore Purchases in Lana's settings to get Pro back on a new device signed in with the same Apple Account.
Your calendar data
Lana shows and changes the events and reminders in your device's calendars when you ask it to. Your data belongs to you and stays with your calendar providers. Please keep your calendars backed up (for example with iCloud). We aren't responsible for data lost or changed in your calendar accounts.
Fair use
Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse Lana or the website, except where the law allows it. The Lana name, the alpaca and the app's design belong to us.
Feedback
If you send us ideas, we may use them without owing you anything. Thank you, though. Votes, price answers and suggestions on the website count as feedback too: they help decide what gets built, but they don't promise a feature, a price or a launch date.
No warranty
Lana is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed appointments or lost data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for Lana in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using Lana after that, you accept the update.
